Do I have to have textured hair in order to use your products?

While some of our styling products are more specific to textured styles such as twists, waves, and locs, all of our shampoo, treatment, leave in, and oil products are excellent and highly recommend for creating a healthy strand for all hair types. 

 

Are your products safe for color treated hair?

Yes. A large part of our salon brand is providing healthy color services, so our entire line is formulated to ensure that each product has the ability to provide the proper moisture and strength balance needed for healthy color treated hair. 

 

Are your products safe for children?

Our products contain no ingredients that would be harmful for children, but we do recommend parental discretion for usage due to any potential allergies and proper usage as our products are not tear free. 

 

Can your products be used on locs?

Yes, one of our owners has locs and extensively tested multiple products on her hair. Keep in mind that fully developed locs may not need all products such as leave in creams, gels, etc. but specifically the shampoos, conditioners, leave in spray, and oil are some of her go to products, especially since her locs are color treated.

Are your products in any retail stores?

Our products are currently only available on our website and at Replenish Salon. We will update with the addition of any other retailers. 

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer pickup at Replenish Salon if you live in Atlanta, GA or the surrounding area. Our pickup is Tues- Fri 9 am - 3 pm and Saturday from 8 am - 12 pm. This option is given at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We are based in the United States and don't currently ship internationally. 

 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged! Please send an email to customerservice@naturallyreplenish.com with images and your order number, and we will gladly assist you.

 

What do I do if I entered the wrong address? 

Contact customerservice@naturallyreplenish.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. Please be sure to double check your information and address before placing an order as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your address.
