Shipping Options (Domestic Orders- USA Only) 

We offer USPS and UPS Ground standard shipping (3-7 business days) 

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. (Please allow 7 business days during any holiday sales). All orders received after 3pm (EST) will be considered next business day orders.  Business days include Monday through Friday and excludes holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm (EST) will continue processing on the following business day.

Local Pickup

All pre-purchased products can be picked up locally at Replenish Salon during the following days/times:

Tues-Fri from 9 am - 3 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 12 pm 

Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naturally Replenish LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Naturally Replenish LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.


Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please email us with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.
