Do I have to have textured hair in order to use your products?

While some of our styling products are more specific to textured styles such as twists, waves, and locs, all of our shampoo, treatment, leave in, and oil products are excellent and highly recommend for creating a healthy strand for all hair types. 

 

Are your products safe for children?

Our products contain no ingredients that would be harmful for children, but we do recommend parental discretion for usage due to any potential allergies and proper usage as our products are not tear free. 

 

Are your products safe for color treated hair?

Yes. A large part of our salon brand is providing healthy color services, so our entire line is formulated to ensure that each product has the ability to provide the proper moisture and strength balance needed for healthy color treated hair. 

 

How can we book an appointment at Replenish Salon in Atlanta?

Does my regimen need to change in the winter/cooler months with your products?

While we plan on having specific levels of moisture and strength for different curl types and seasons, all of our products are able to be used during cooler months to help maintain moisture and hydration for the strands. 

 

Are your products in any retail stores?

Our products are currently only available on our website and at Replenish Salon. We will update with the addition of any other retailers. 

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer pickup at Replenish Salon if you live in Atlanta, GA or the surrounding area. Our pickup is Tues- Fri 9 am - 3 pm and Saturday from 8 am - 12 pm. This option is given at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally as of yet. 

 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged! Please send an email to customerservice@naturallyreplenish.com with images and your order number, and we will gladly assist you.
